How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want people who reach Peacewife Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to do that and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Peacewife Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Your report helps us keep the network honest, and providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Be aware that Peacewife Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@peacewife.living. Please include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. Other places may also help, such as your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, try your state's contractor licensing board.
